1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns through trusted courier partners such as Bluex, TCS, Leopards, and M&P.
2. Processing Time

Ready-to-wear products: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

Custom-stitched or made-to-order items: Require 7–10 working days for processing before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (after dispatch).

Custom Orders: 7–10 working days (after stitching and quality check).
Delivery times may vary based on your location and order type.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: A small delivery charge applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email, allowing you to track your parcel online at any time.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and area details are accurate at checkout.
Salahuddin Collection will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Delays & Unexpected Situations
While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or weather conditions.
In such cases, our team will keep you updated via SMS or email.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
